Absolutely! We can do full 3D tooling on Custom Belt Buckles, Medals, Coins, Lapel Pins and any Ornamental Castings. Send us an idea of what you want and we’ll send you a proof!
Hard Enamel Lapel Pins and Soft Enamel Lapel Pins both have a pool of color that is bordered by metal. Soft Enamel Lapel Pins are filled in the pool area whereas Hard Enamel Lapel Pins are overfilled, then sanded smooth with the metal. This creates an heirloom quality smooth lapel pin.

Die Cast
Die Cast Medals work well with any design. 2D has raised and recessed portions, while 3D will have components that are fully dimensional. Finishes for Die Cast Medals can be either the Classic look of Antique Brass / Antique Nickel/ Antique Copper (Gold, Silver, Bronze) or a shiny version as Bright Brass / Bright Nickel/ Bright Copper with sandblast background for contrast. Either of these options will give you spectacular results. Custom Shapes are no problem, just let us know what you’re wanting.
ColorFill - Soft Enamel
Our ColorFill option is usually Soft Enamel fill. This involves creating a “border” of raised metal for each artwork component to hold a pool of color. In the proofing process, we incorporate the metal into the design and show you exactly what it will look like. We have many design options available, including 3D. We can mix-n-match finishes and fill colors, and Custom Shapes are no problem, just let us know what you have in mind.
ColorFill - Hard Enamel
Hard Enamel Medals offer an elite, quality presentation. Each fill color is overfilled and baked for hardness, then polished back level with the metal to a smooth, shiny finish. Often referred to as cloisonne’, it is timeless as a representation of quality. Custom Shapes are no problem.
Note: 3D is not available with Hard Enamel
